I am very pleased with all of the services provided for my mother at Tribute at the Glen. In particular, I would like to highlight the exceptional care and service provided by Mr. Martin Brown, the Community Director. I cannot overemphasize how exceptional Martin’s genuine empathy, excellent communications, and proactive approach to leadership have been during these continued challenging COVID times. I wish his proactive leadership style was more prevalent elsewhere in society. In addition to Martin, the activities director has been incredible for the community. Yes, I find the CareMerge app useful to the extent that it’s utilized to report my mother’s activities – especially given the long distance that separates us.

I can’t say enough glowing things about Tribute. My dad moved here in [date removed] and they have taken such good care of him. His experience in the memory care unit at Tribute over the last two months was just phenomenal. He received top-notch, loving care from every person there. My mom did too. She came to see him as much as she could and the staff and admins not only knew her, they went out of their way to make sure she was happy with the care my father was receiving and they provided a compassionate listening ear whenever she needed to process her feelings. My dad died on Tuesday and I can’t think of a more loving environment for him to have died in. Less than 12 hours after he died, a big bouquet of flowers from Tribute were delivered to my mom’s house. If you can’t keep your loved one at home, you really can’t ask for a better place to have them spend their remaining time. The elderly are treated with dignity and respect here. They are well loved and taken care of.

We chose this community because we thought my mother in law needed memory care, when we toured it they bent over backwards in order to get her in here. She ended up not needing memory care after they did her evaluation. The facility had great reviews and the residents here we talked to and they were all very happy. The food here is fantastic, they have a chef that prepares all the meals and they are all impressive. They have a lot of variety on their menu and have other options if you do not want what they are serving. They always have special meals that go along with the different holidays. They even have cloth napkins with their meals in the dining room, so very put together. We feel so welcomed here all the time, they are very friendly and drop everything to help you. We are very impressed with Tribute at the Glen.
